Our Mission

The HOPE Center works to reduce domestic violence in the Alle-Kiski community by providing services to support and empower victims through a crisis hotline, counseling, education, shelter, and advocacy.

HOPE Approach

OUR APPROACH IS…
TO IMPACT DOMESTIC VIOLENCE
AT THREE LEVELS OF THE COMMUNITY:

1. To identify and provide direct and follow-up services to support and empower all immediate victims of domestic violence.

2. To expand these services to include preventive education and other support services to those in high-risk categories such as children of an abused adult or elders in an abusive unit.

3. To develop and use community education programs that enhance awareness and promote active support of domestic violence.
